DataWorks Redesign

Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, Consultation Bringing a featured-focused product into a user-centric design process is challenging. Our DataWorks design team took the challenge of reinventing a legacy product and handled it with aplomb. Not only did the experience finally make sense for the user but it was also a masterful handling of intense typography. I worked closely with the Design Team Lead as well as individual team members to provide regular feedback, critique, and emotional support. A great example of moving from a development-led waterfall process into a Agile process using Design Thinking methodology.
